NNF V1.4.7 Patch Notes (4/27/2026) — Nubby's Number Factory News

Hello, number enjoyers!

Today I've released patch v1.4.7 to nubby on steam (scroll down for patch notes). This patch adds the Latin American Spanish language and fixes a couple bugs as well. I am SO happy that we now have a Spanish localization because there are a lot of nubby enjoyers who have been requesting it and I think a lot of people will find it useful! So... huge shoutout to community members DogeLegion and ninauj for your great volunteer translation work on the Latin American Spanish localization for nubby! Thank you for making nubby globally accessible in Latin American Spanish speaking nations.

As for other news, the nubby steam community items and points shop items are very close to being released. All the artwork for those is finished and I'm actively working right now to get them approved and hopefully released for you all to enjoy as soon as Gabe Newell says they meet his standards. On another note, the nubby stickers and keychains that I've been talking about in recent announcements have arrived from the factory and we're making progress setting up the online storefront for those. We're getting close to launch on both of these projects, and I'll certainly be making announcements here when either of these projects launch. They will not launch on the same day and I can't confidently say which project will launch first.

-Added Latin American Spanish localization (Huge thank you to community members DogeLegion and ninauj for the help!)

Fixes:
-----

-Fixed memory leak caused by spamming the localization flag buttons in the localization menu.

-Fixed bug where the new sound effects associated with navigating the new localization selection gui (added in v1.4.6) were not affected by the sound effects volume setting.

-Implemented fixes for a few grammar issues in the Slovakian localization.

Other Changes:

-Updated the "Nubby Mobile Coming April 15" banner on the title screen to be a "Nubby Mobile out now!" banner.
-Note: I intend on removing this banner from the title screen within 1-2 months. It is not a permanent part of the title screen.
