Hey Golfers, I've got some quick fixes to some issues discovered by players.

Improve handling of screen settings launch options (-fullscreenmode 0/1 and -window-mode exclusive/borderless
Workaround for an issue where using a touch screen to press certain buttons would cause nothing to become selected
