​- Added disable found religion button in nation inspector to make specific nation unable to draw the Found Religion card

- Added Limit Founding setting in the game settings menu that will automatically disable the Found Religion card after a nation founds a religion

- Added Tribal Start setting in the game settings menu that will make the player's original starting nation tribal. It will disappear when you first hit the confirm button, so make sure to set it on or off before you start

- Replaced default scrollbar designs with scrollbars in the shape of crayons
