Machine Gunner: Damage increased by 7%

Bombardier: Damage increased by 10%
Reverted compensation nerfs.
Fixes:
- Fixed Mr. Brewpot using his mana potion on targets that cannot regen mana. (Kingpin / Lumerian)
- Fixed cases of the mod.io browser showing up unexpectedly in-game
- Fixed cases of Giga Mimic not being targeted when more injured than other units
- Fixed lane skins not being synced with other players properly, when enabling the randomize option
- Hopefully fixed the mod.io browser being stuck in a "waiting" state, after purchasing a skin

- Fixed some unintended pathing issues with PotA, Azeria, Radiant Halo and Arc of Justice
- Loosened up some performance optimizations to make pathing more consistent in the early game
