This patch stabilizes lobbies and sets up a structure to prevent version mismatches in online play.
We are aware that desyncs are still a problem and will be focusing on that next along with tweaks for Ranno.

FIXES
- Fixed various issues where lobby state would get out of sync
- Fixed issue where players would be awarded XP that should have gone to another player
- Fixed level up screen showing for spectators
ENHANCEMENTS
- The game now checks with the matchmaking server to see if it is out of date to prevent desyncs
- NOTE: This will only prevent desyncs on the subsequent patch, since before this patch the game does not perform a version check
