Balance updates

Scenarios
- Leprosy: Starting DNA and trait costs tweaked
- Leprosy: Score multiplier increased (easier to get 3 biohazards)

Bugfixes

Fixed the fill for the "Scenarios Completed" progress bar
Fixed "Vampires rule the world" victory screen text when playing Xenolith and killing all humans
Fixed an issue where the score in Xenolith could become negative
Fixed an issue where the Lattice Shedding gene generated too many crystal seeds when lots of countries or whole continents aligned. (Particularly on higher difficulties.)
Fixed an issue where the "Percentage Cured" could show an incorrect value on Xenolith save files
