Someone reached out to me regarding a bug that would crash the game on the Old Rust Boss level. It was related to the warning object that would spawn to telegraph the falling crates. There were instances where the crate would be destroyed before reaching the ground, thusly causing the warning object to try to reference a nonexistent instance, causing a crash. I've fixed and patched it.
