Fixes:
Alive players could sometimes to see dead players.
Purchasing 2XP tickets was inaccurately deducting the wrong currency.
Obsidian Shield Candle was not protecting players that were coming back to life.
"Buddy System" ankle monitor was incorrectly placed on some costumes.
Some eggs were inaccessible in Aspen.
