To whomever finds this note,
Tombwater is the only town I’ve ever known. My childhood was mostly a good one with days spent running through the sagebrush and catching spiny lizards.
But this town is sick now. The silver… the water… the mines… all of it built on top of something that should never have been disturbed.
People I love knew that. And they kept digging anyway. Tombwater was made of good folk but, our sanity is crumbling faster than these mines. You can’t even trust your own thoughts.
Now, I’m here for good and I’ll die fighting. There’s no other use for a fury like mine. Now, for you? You better ask yourself…why are you still digging deeper?
