Greetings dinosaur hunters!
Today’s update focuses on improving the multiplayer experience across the game, especially in sessions with several players. We’ve worked on online stability, dinosaur synchronization and movement handling to make multiplayer hunts feel smoother and more reliable.
Thank you for all the feedback!
Multiplayer improvements
- Fixed issues when the host switches to another player, improving dinosaur behavior and reducing glitches where dinosaurs could disappear and reappear
- Improved dinosaur synchronization between players, especially in sessions with multiple players. Fixed issues with network traffic getting queued up that caused dinos to be out of sync.
- Improved multiplayer movement smoothing for more stable and consistent dinosaur positions
- Fix for issues with player sounds and visuals
- Improvement to sup board synchronization
This update is part of our continued work on making multiplayer hunts feel better particularly when playing with larger groups.
Thank you for reading and we look forward to your thoughts.
