Bug Fixes, Beta multiplayer and New Debug Launch Option
Read the original on Steam ↗Fixed a bug from the last update where unions were always accepted and formable civilizations could always be created.
Added a new launch option, game_debug.bat, to the game files.
It opens the game along with a console to display useful errors while working on a mod.
Beta multiplayer:
Fixed an issue where upgrading the capital city would upgrade the military academy instead.
Beta multiplayer now uses the latest base game version when launched in single-player mode.
