There will be multiple updates this week, this is the first one!
This update adds an improved implementation of the screenshot system and Expression Editor! 
Features:
New screenshot system: arbitrary resolution up to 16k x 16k and better semi-transparent color handling.
New Expression Editor: Much faster load times and added functionality. Mostly features useful for customizable models and Live2D assets.
Support for "Parameter Folders": Parameter Groups / Parameter Folders set up in the Live2D Cubism Editor are now shown as collapsible folders in the Expression Editor in VTube Studio.
Parameter customization/localization: Riggers can decide which parameters are shown/hidden by default in the Expression Editor, making customizable models much easier to use. Also, riggers can now provide custom translations for models/assets they sell to make their work more accessible.
Customization Expressions: You can mark an expression as “Customization Expression”. Expressions marked as such will not be turned off when a “Remove all Expressions” hotkey is used.
Changes & Bugfixes:
There is now a warning when users mess with the physics settings of their models.
Bugfix: Fixed issue that incorrectly caused "hotkey key combination already taken" warning to be shown.
Bugfix: Fixed issue that stopped some friends from being displayed in the Steam friends list for VNet.
Verified that VTube Studio is fully functional on Windows Arm64 devices. VTube Studio is supported on Windows On Arm under emulation.
