This update brings a massive batch of new horror content, major performance optimizations, and improved accessibility for new players.
We’ve added over 20 new jumpscares, significantly improved performance across the game, and rebalanced Easy difficulty to create a smoother experience for newcomers.
⚠️ Gameplay & Core Systems • 20+ new jumpscares added to enhance the horror experience. • Easy difficulty rebalanced to be more beginner-friendly. • Ghost speed reduced by 10% on Easy. • Clue spawn time increased to 1:30 on Easy. • The generator will not shut down anymore when the ghost spawn on Easy. • Doors can now be opened more smoothly (improved collision handling).
🎯 UI & Quality of Life • Players can now set custom lobby names. • Added a TV in the lobby showing results from the previous round. • UI adjustments and improvements to various texts. • Character customization UI redesigned. • Improved visibility: stronger light feedback on switches. • Fixed text overlap issue on notepad (especially for German language).
🌍 Localization • Updated and improved translations across multiple languages.
🛠️ Bug Fixes • Fixed issue where beard option appeared for female characters in customization.
🔥 Performance Improvements • Major performance optimizations across the entire game. • Removed unnecessary shadow casters from blood and demonic symbols for better FPS.
