Fixes and Balancing:
- fixed redeploy for clients on some occasions
- fixed trees moving weird during weather transition
- fixed fps spikes caused by monstera on quarry
- fixed/improved weather transition performance and foliage movement
- fixed item placement not working on clients (for some story missions)
- fixed some world time issues
- fixed getting stuck when using grenades and med items quickly (first med then grenade)
- fixed wooden doors (new sound, open doors not visible on delta)
- fixed 20k extract mission not counting properly
- fixed HAS keys spawning on enemy AI
- fixed co-op crash when picking up stackable items
- fixed various reported issues on delta
- updated lighting (added moon shadows)
- improved flashlight ghosting
- made weapon icons on clients stay up to date (especially when editing weapons on dead ai bodies)
- made power cable more common
- made cash repair slightly cheaper (especially for lower durability)
- made retrieve documents marker yellow to distinguish from investigation marker
- replaced water pitcher for structure upgrade with mining battery (which is purchasable as well)
- increased duct tape value for weapon repair (20% -> 40%)
- reduced fog thickness a bit
- added auto stacking for stash sorting
