Bugfixes & Improvements

Adjusted Random World nation placement so that random nations favour tiles next to oceans and rivers, and avoid deserts and tundra. Random cities are still spread evenly
You can now hold shift in most Scenario Editor commands to chain them
Updated terrain in Asia Map and 2026 Scenario
Fixed pause icon showing up in alliance panel in scenario editor
Achievements "Eternal Observer" and "God Complex" now save more regularly
Alliance names are now hidden if Nation names are turned off
Improved alphabetical ordering in flag packs
