Hellborne: Inferno now has a burning effect on kill
Voidheart Shrine (blue): Now shows a healing effect if helaing and a purple effect if restoring energy.
Wellspring (green): Healing regeneration effect correctly changed from purple to green.
Tag overhead icon now properly fades out instead of popping out when expiring.
General
The full in-game editor is now enabled by default. No more clicking easter egg required.
Observer music no longer defaults to Infernal. Now plays a mashup track with vibes from all 3 factions. (The existing co-op music).
High Yield Luminite mine total resources reduced to 8000 from 16000

Return To Hangar now accelerates over 2 seconds before reaching +100% movement speed.

Arcship:
New Ability: Build Collection Array
Now can manually build collection arrays with a new ability that also has an autocast toggle.
If autocast is enabled, the function is exactly the same as it is currently.
Autocast can be toggled off, and is set to initially off as default for now. Feedback is welcome on this point.
If an arcship is landed and within 12 range of an array, Build Collection Array creaets an Array on a luminite mine and sets rally.
If an arcship is flying, it approaches 12 range of an mine and attempts to land. If there is space to land, it will land, Build Collection Array creaets an Array on a luminite mine and sets rally. If there is no space to land, it will stop here. No cooldown is wasted.
If an arcship is landed and outside 12 range of an mine, the Arcship lifts, flies toward the mine approaches 12 range of an array and attempts to land. Rallies no longer reset when lifting or landing an Arcship, or upgrading an Arcship.
Right clicking on a luminite mine while flying with an Arcship now issues a move command, instead of a rally command (necessary to fix the bug with rally reset)
New ability button: Rally Workers
Workers can be manually rallied with the V button while in grounded or flying mode. This is a work around to address rallying workers to mines while in flying arcship mode, but it also just gives greater control to the player in general.
Purify and Fate's End moved back to Z and X respectively.
Carnivex:
Carnivex no longer heals from attacking Stormgates
Scanner:
Fixed the issue where Scanner could perch on resources
Fixed the issue where mltiple scanners could perch on the same tree.
Fixed a destructible grass (DestructibleConcealment_Grass_Green) being perchable when it shouldn't be.
Navi:
Sovereign's Decree now correctly breaks range at 20 range (14 range + 6 range slop) instead of 18 range.
Prisms:
Prisms no longer attempt to mine luminite for other players when harvesting from allied or enemy Collection Arrays.
Prism will attack enemy Collection Arrays if right clicked.
