Changes and Fixes
Fixed the achievement for finding all hats not unlocking.
Fixed a hang that could happen when Catto delivers a letter while playing in Japanese.
Fixed a progression issue during the Whizz Bang preparations quest where if you talked to Rummage while Jacq is on the Caravan, the quest wouldn't progress as intended.
Fixed an issue where entering the caravan could cause a lockup if auto-run was enabled.
