Spirit: Wandering Voice Keens Delirium
Ages ago, a great and respected Spirit devastated a portion of the island with a vast swath of death. Matters would have gone even worse but for three Spirits who cleverly sundered the great Spirit’s voice and bound it to wander, never returning to its owner. Now, it only occasionally brings death with its song, more usually causing derangement, obsession and folly in those it touches.

Other Improvements and Fixes
Vengeance as a Burning Plague and Shadows Flicker Like Flame (Madness) no longer consider Presence from other Spirits being destroyed in their special rules.
On the 2D map, dragging to push a single piece now works properly.
Really fixed an issue in which Stone's Unyielding Defiance's Presence Track Any Element only allowed you to select Earth.
Draw Towards a Consuming Void destroying multiple Spirits' Presence in multiplayer no longer softlocks the game in certain situations.
Fixed an issue where in the Great River scenario, Towns could migrate to the incorrect lands across boards when 4 or more boards were used.
Numinous Crisis no longer fails to return Presence to Starlight Seeks its Form's tracks.
Fixed an issue in which Open The Ways was not prompted when it should be in the Despicable Theft scenario.
When Infestation of Venomous Spiders is in effect, you may now choose the order of builds when you could potentially win the game.
Search for Unclaimed Lands no longer ignores isolated lands.
Dahan under the effect of Stubborn Solidity no longer appears to be removed by Fragments of Yesteryear.
Solidify Echoes of Majesty Past now properly allows Ocean's Hungry Grasp to select its Oceans with Presence.
Fixed an issue where Flocking Red-Talons could get stuck in multiplayer if used in or near a land under the effect of Observe the Ever-Changing World.
The Hazardous Territory achievement now correctly unlocks if the last thing you do is move an Invader with Strife into the land.
Fixed a rare softlock that could occur in the Spirit Phase with Heart of the Wildfire.
If the game ends during the Explore step, the face up Invader Card in the Explore Slot no longer counts as being in the deck for score calculation.
If a land under the effect of thresholded Vengeance of the Dead will Ravage, and adjacent lands will also Ravage, you can now decide the order of Ravaging lands.
Melt Earth Into Quicksand can no longer cause the game to get stuck in multiplayer when another player uses a power that affects its target land.
Fixed an issue where using Weave Together the Fabric of Place with an Ocean could make Powers difficult to target.
Hard-Working Settlers (Create Unnerving Distractions) now properly skips one Ravage action per card if there are multiple Ravage cards.
