After a successful Kickstarter campaign around the end of 2024, we kicked off 2025 with big plans, ambitious goals, and tons of inspiration. [p align="start"][p align="start"]Over the past month, we’ve been working hard to breathe more life into the streets of Covestadt in Cat Cafe Manager 2. We’ve been busy greyboxing, and tons of new 3D props have been created. The most eye-catching difference is the freshly added vegetation, with plants, flowers, bushes, and trees adding a new layer of liveliness to the game.🌳 Below, you can see what in-game tests with these new nature props look like (but remember that none of these images represent the final product - they’re tests)![p align="start"][p align="start"]

[p align="start"]Amidst presents and holiday cheers,[p align="start"]Santa Bonner pricked his ears.[p align="start"]He heard your wishes, big and small,[p align="start"]and gave the Roost Games team a call! [p align="start"][p align="start"]As we round up the year and prepare for the holiday season, we figured there's no better time than now to go through your wish lists! Santa Bonner tells us that everyone in the Cat Cafe Manager 2 community has been exceptionally good to cats this year, so... he has arrived to make a couple of wishes come true! Ho, ho, ho! 🎁[p align="start"][p align="start"]
[p align="start"][p align="start"]Santa Bonner <3[p align="start"][p align="start"]We're happy to say that the following aspects will definitely be included in Cat Cafe Manager 2: Big City Bliss:Complete freedom in cafe customisation. Furniture styles will not be linked to gameplay progression and benefits. This means that you will be able to decorate the cafe exactly how you want, without experiencing any disadvantages with your customers if you choose not to to place certain objects in your cafe.
A new and improved currency system, compared to the first Cat Cafe Manager.
Walls you can use to divide rooms.
Cats with different body types and disabilities.
Hanging plants and hanging cat toys.
These special Furniture Sets: Pride, Garden Witch, Tarot, Insects, Rainforest, Autumn Woodsy, and Flower Power
🐈What Else Are We Adding?

We politely disagree with that.😌 Our team is working hard to make CCM2 a significant step up from CCM1.💪 How exactly? Let us give you a reminder of all the other features we are going to add to Cat Cafe Manager 2![p align="start"][p align="start"]🐱Your Cats in the Spotlight🐈Each cat will have their own unique personality. Just like in real life, no two kitties are the same - not on the outside, and not on the inside! In order to keep them happy, it's going to be up to you to figure out what they like and dislike. Additionally, we are working on creating a beautiful variety of visual cat designs to make every cat distinctive in their own right, based on the feedback we've received!
💕As they spend time together, cats will develop different feelings towards each other. Will your kitties butt heads or become best buds? Who knows! This also means that extra special connections can lead to...

Take your cats wherever you go as Cat Companions. Your trusty cats won't just entertain your customers in your cat cafe anymore, but can also explore the open world with you as Cat Companions! Cat Companions have all kinds of useful skills, like you can see in the video below. Missy, for example, can use her keen eyes to nab the best berries from a berry-bush! Maybe its time to cook a berry pie back in the cafe?

No more advertising for specific customer types. CCM2's cafe visitors will depend on dynamic daily events (weather, city happenings, festivals, etc.). You will have to check your calendar regularly to see which guests are likely to pop in, and start prepping!🧑🍳
Did one of your regulars steal your heart?😳 In CCM2, you will be able to romance certain NPCs! Expect gifts, cute dates, and unique romantic story content for each romanceable character!💞
Properly customize the physical features of your character!👗Time for a fresh look? You'll be able to go into town and purchase the finest clothes and nicest accessories to express yourself the way you want!
