Fixed a bug where some maps were always locked for some players
Fixed a bug where the hospital monster's lights would not be affected by the difficulty (should be off while playing on PAINCORE and PAINCORE+)
Fixed a bug where the client's money would not be updated in realtime after buying a character skin
Fixed a bug that prevented the "Ball Whisperer" achievement from being obtained
Fixed a bug that prevented the "All Mine" achievement from being obtained
