Fixing Hidden Packages for Crawler
Fixed game crashes when NPV tries to flee at border
Fixed NPC collision getting enabled while in patrol car
Fixed various crashes
Fixed that trucks spawn very rarely for secondary inspection. Now trucks spawn when truck only barriers are unoccupied.
Weigh station callouts spawn now when close to one
Performance improvements
Other smaller improvements on Traffic and other systems
