option Skip Launcher added to the Launcher screen, which can be turned back in the main menu Profile options

Balancing

Chapter 3 Mission 15 The Tables are turned: starting resources increased +200 metal, +100 Helium-3, +100 Tachyon, level 1 weapon and armor upgrades are granted for free

Bug fix

fix that both Nimir and Nimir deployed form can be produced using the Heroes mod
