This is mostly a bug fix update. Most importantly it fixes a bug where the game could crash when setting up ship battles.
General
- Ship battles could crash the game, fixed
- Better at finding good start locations
- Fix for sage guild's library income bonus not working
- Upgrading some guilds to level 3 made them lose some recruitment bonuses
- Apocalyptic Riders weren't able to reform properly
- Self Proclaimed King was stupider than he should be
- Too high chance of getting the Arcane Dragons, fixed
- Stat and typo fixes
