Hello everyone!
Spirit Valley is finally completed and ready to leave Early Access! This new update will bring the main story of Spirit Valley to a conclusion and add some end game activities as well. Let's take a look at what we have in store for you!
New Zone: Spirit Sanctuary
The final chapter of Spirit Valley takes place in the Spirit Sanctuary, the home of the Spirit Mother. You need to rush forward and put a stop the evil plans of the Crimson Countess before it's too late! This new area adds more Spirits to find, quests to complete, and items to discover. There's also a new legendary Spirit to catch!
New Spirits
This update adds 8 new Spirits to the game bringing the total to 75. Each new Spirit comes with a rare variation as well. We've also added achievements for catching all of the Spirits and completing the database.
End Game Content
After completing the main story of Spirit Valley, you will gain access to the Spirit Warden Headquarters located in Oakwood Village. Doctor Dolly has a challenge waiting for you with a new Spirit as reward! Sergeant Camilla also has some Spirit Warden duties for you to perform.
Tweaks and Bug fixes
Level cap raised to 45
Spirit Crystal +1 - Guaranteed catch for spirits under level 10
Spirit Crystal +2 - Guaranteed catch for spirits under level 20
Fixed a bug in save file playtime counter, where displayed playtime looped back to zero after every 24 hours.
Fixed a bug where closing pause menu by pressing the Continue UI button with keyboard or controller simultaneously executed Interact on any interactable the player character was facing at that moment.
Fixed UI navigation bug in Storage Terminal menu, where navigating right from Avian list item selected the exit button instead of of next tab.
Future plans
Even though the main story is now complete, there are still some features we may be adding to the game. One of the most requested features is to be able to play the game as a female character. This is something we're looking into at the moment. As for new areas and Spirits, we'll have to see. After over two years of development, we're looking forward to starting something new...
