Hi Chefs! Patch #20 is live with balancing changes, bug fixes and some new additions.
New additions
Pumpkin seeds & Bell Pepper seeds have been added and can now be grown in the greenhouse.
5 new floor tiles have been added to the furniture shop. Some of these new tiles will glow in the dark.
Visuals for certain furniture and equipment have been updated to be able to glow in the dark.
Bug Fixes
Fixed certain restaurant-related quests not progressing when a Celebrity arrives inside the restaurant.
Fixed not receiving Peony Tickets inside the Teahouse when a Celebrity arrives inside the restaurant.
Fixed bow target sometimes getting stuck at the bottom of the screen when using a controller.
Fixed a freeze that can happen after cancelling a Date and immediately Gifting an NPC.
Fixed not being able to hand-pick Coconut Trees.
Fixed locked recipes always displaying as Legendary inside research facility progress panel.
Fixed incorrect skill information when viewing locked skills inside research facility progress panel.
Fixed Blender Minigame sometimes receiving a lower score when all targets have been correctly hit.
Fixed duplicate crafting recipe inside Milo’s clothing shop. The duplicate has been replaced with Fedora blueprint.
Fixed restaurant order tabs sometimes getting stuck in the UI.
Fixed being able to select empty slots when viewing brewing recipes using a controller.
Fixed missing footsteps sounds inside Research Facilities.
Fixed being able to interact with decorative plants inside Vegetarian Research Facility.
Fixed some hidden winter plants still playing audio.
Balancing (General)
Chocolate Maker & Soup Vat blueprint has been downgraded from Epic to Rare and will have a higher chance to appear in shops and random rewards. In the future, these may instead be added as quest rewards for new quests.
Increased chance for Hired Chefs to possess Research Specialties after requirements have been unlocked.
Staff recruitment Reset will always provide at least one Waiter and one Chef.
Increased the chance for Legendary Staff to appear in recruitment.
When starting the game, only Common furniture items will be available in the shop. Rarer items will appear as more Story Quests have been completed.
Balancing (Shops)
Milk & Wheat store will now sell Dark Chocolate.
Milk & Wheat store will now sell and deliver Saffron, instead of Mae Lou’s Vegi shop.
Seeds are now randomly generated in ingredient shops, rather than a fixed set of seeds.
Removed duplicate clothing inside Milo’s clothing store.
Balancing (Supply Chain Skill)
Legendary ingredients will only be available for delivery after completing the LELSH Silver community project.
All Legendary ingredients are available to be delivered when requirements have been met.
Higher rarity ingredients will only appear after achieving higher friendship levels with the NPC. (Except Legendary ingredients, which only require LELSH Silver).
Removed duplicate delivery ingredients between NPCs. Cheese & Dark Chocolate can now be delivered by Thelio (with required friendship levels).
Nabiha will now deliver Watermelon instead of Coconut (Coconut can be delivered by Thelio).
Limits on the amount of ingredients delivered is now based on the rarity of the ingredient. Common ingredients have a limit of 25. Rare ingredients have a limit of 20. Epic ingredients have a limit of 15. Legendary ingredients have a limit of 10.
The delivery limit of each ingredient is now displayed in the UI.
Other changes
Takashi Farms crops will now cycle over the 4 seasons, and will show plant growth over the span of the season.
Can no longer harvest the crops at Takashi Farms, even with high friendship with Mae Lou.
