Motor Town 0.7.13 Build 839 Hotfix is released

This is a revert of the previous hotfix for the 'Force Feedback lost with Simagic Wheel' issue.
We will conduct further testing on this in the closed-test branch later.
If your steering wheel is not working, please try rebinding it in the control options.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Controller rumble(vibration) not working (Thanks to SoeldnerJack)
Steering wheel not working, requires rebinding (Thanks to WildFire001)

Company AI truck's cargo removed after editing the truck route (Thanks to Raging413)
