Level 98 players will be a bit stronger now in all level-scaled zones: Event zones, Raids, Frontier Zones, etc. Full explanation: Added a special adjustment so that level 98 characters won't be at a small disadvantage in level scaled zones. This will give level 98 players some time to collect level 98 gear. Eventually, this special adjustment will be removed after most level 98 characters have appropriately leveled gear -- although most likely, this adjustment won't occur before level cap is raised to 99 and eventually 100.
Updated daily quests in the Northeast Crux to specify where the different requirements can be found, e.g, "Collect 15 Cruxian Centipedes from Lavender Silknests".
