Restore previously opened vehicle window tab after vehicle replacement.

FIXES

Fixed option to skip depot not being saved after replacing or copying a vehicle.
Fixed vehicles remaining disabled after replacement if their schedule included a depot.
Fixed vehicles having incorrect cargo setup after replacement.
