With all this action and feedback around the Daily Challenge, it's only right we add a few features, share our \[Metric] Developers' tips and tricks on achieving a high score, and plan our next \[Metric] vs. Shapers Showdown.
🆕 Daily Challenges - Takedowns:
ALL score marked enemies become exposed during takedowns.
A few players have asked for more predictable scoring when it comes to enemy takedowns. This new change means all score marked enemies (⭐) will go into exposed state when they die, making it both easier and faster to maximize combat scores. By eliminating a layer of luck or chance, this will better reward player awareness and decision-making.

Carpe Diem: Earn a total of 3000 points in Daily Challenges.

🤖 \[Metric] Tips & Tricks:
While details will always vary between unique Daily Challenges, here's the general advice from our top-scoring \[Metric] developers:
Get your health as high as possible for the end of the run. Perks that grant more max HP also grant more points (as long as you don't lose it 😏 )
Take down starred enemies. Marked enemies will enter an exposed state and you will score additional combat points if you manage to kill an enemy with a punch. Be careful not to let your ricocheting bullets or pulsing grenade effects accidentally kill your exposed enemies before you land that punch!
Replay the daily challenge. Having a good synergy within your build is key to getting a high score. Replay the challenge and reroll your choices to see all your options and figure out your best course of action.
Complete optional challenges. Optional challenges give you a lot of points and equipment that could be the deciding factor of a run.
