Added support for simultaneous use of multiple Force Feedback (FFB) devices.
Improved the animation of the control surfaces and the rotation of the RPM and Prop Pitch instrument needles.
Fixed plane loadout system, configuration and user interface. It now does work as intended, is fully functional and Plane Options in single missions are now available again.
Fixed a memory corruption bug when loading a texture in a second thread.
