Hotfix - Some players couldn't start the game

We added a fix for players who had their gamestate corrupted (often due to a power-outage or computer crash).
When player's got this error, clicking "load" and "new game" wouldn't do anything.
The game will now recognize corrupted gamestates and rebuild their gamestate so players can resume their play.
