Pricing Update + Release Info — Jaded News

Hey everybody! Here are some decisions we’ve made in regards to pricing for Jaded.

1. Final Pricing: After talking it over, we’ve decided to sell Jaded for $9.99 on full release. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built, and this price better reflects the effort we’ve poured into the game.
2. Good News for Current Players: Now that we’ve set up the Steam launch, we realized that if you already own the game now, you do not have to buy it again. The full release will be rolled out for free as an update. Because of this, the previously planned 5-day free period is no longer necessary. Jaded will launch at $9.99 from day one for new players.

Jaded Beta Save Files

Since the final game is different from the beta, your save progress will not carry over into the final release. However, we’ve made sure to keep the beta save file safe and separate!
- Your beta save will not be overwritten or deleted.
- We’ve set up separate save locations for the beta and the full release, so you can continue enjoying the beta version if you’d like.

If you’d like to revisit the beta after the full release, it will remain available for download on our itch.io page.
