enabling tutorials no longer allows buying omnitool upgrades free of charge
fixed cutscenes related to jim-bob's relations
fixes made to "Check on her" quest
NPC relations window now always shows correct portrait
additional fixes to prevent objects from disappearing when placed near region borders
