Altus Plateau is a major region that can be reached through the canyon underpass, via the Grand Lift of Dectus with medallion halves from Fort Haight and Fort Faroth, or by using the Abductor Virgin route to Volcano Manor. Reaching or activating a Site of Grace in the region can trigger quest and world-state progression, including Radahn’s Festival and certain NPC quest steps. The region includes encounters such as Godefroy the Grafted in an evergaol, the Ancient Hero of Zamor in Sainted Hero’s [Steam Guides 2778590085,2780635040,2785187510]
