Rya is an NPC tied to the Volcano Manor questline, initially involving the return of her necklace in exchange for a Volcano Manor invitation. She can explain routes to the Altus Plateau, and after the Grand Lift of Dectus she can teleport the player to Volcano Manor if they take her hand. Her quest reveals her true serpent form and real name, Zoraya, and should be advanced before completing the Volcano Manor assassinations.
