Millicent is an NPC whose questline begins with giving her the Unalloyed Gold Needle and follows her as she traces Malenia’s path north through Altus Plateau, the Mountaintops of the Giants, and Miquella’s Haligtree. Her dialogue reveals connections to Malenia and a desire to return Malenia’s dignity to her. Late in the quest, players can either challenge Millicent to receive Millicent’s Prosthesis and end the quest, or assist her against her sisters to receive the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia a [Steam Guides 2844256337,2962429869]
