📍 Show on mapDung Eater is first encountered as a red apparition in a room near the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold after reaching Leyndell, Royal Capital. Giving him a Seedbed Curse progresses his quest and grants the Sewer-Gaol Key, which opens the sewer gaol beneath Leyndell. After freeing him, he leaves a message directing the player to the outer moat northwest of the Capital Rampart Site of Grace, where he invades and drops the Sword of Milos when defeated. Players can also give him Seluvis’ potion [Steam Guides 2780635040,2785187510,2962429869]

Locked in a cell at the end of the sewers. You'll need the Sewer Gaol Key to access. Drops Sword of Milos and Omen Set if killed. But if you want to progress Dung Eater's Quest you shouldn't kill him. [community map data]
