Old Knight Istvan is the first assassination target in the Volcano Manor questline. He is found north of the Warmaster's Shack in Limgrave, where the player invades his world and defeats him. Victory rewards a Rune Arc, a Furlcalling Finger Remedy, and the Scaled Armour Set; returning to Volcano Manor and speaking to Bernahl before Tanith unlocks Bernahl as a vendor and advances the quest.
