Elemer of the Briar is an optional boss found in the Shaded Castle in the northwest section of the Altus Plateau. He is reached by working through the castle to the Castellan’s Hall, where a fog gate leads to the fight. Defeating him drops the Marais Executioner’s Sword, a Legendary Armament.
