Dung Eater is encountered as a red apparition in Roundtable Hold after reaching Leyndell, Royal Capital, where giving him a Seedbed Curse grants the Sewer-Gaol Key for the sewers beneath the capital. After freeing him from the gaol and returning to Roundtable Hold, his message directs the player to the outer moat northwest of the Capital Rampart Site of Grace, where he invades in the water. Defeating him there drops the Sword of Milos, and some quest outcomes involving his gear, puppet, and Omen [Steam Guides 2780635040,2785187510,2962429869]
